It is your responsibility to make sure our emails or winner notices don’t land in your spam box. Not ours. Each winner has 48 hours to reply to their winning notice or a new winner will be chosen.

Here are the big bad rules. No one likes them, but we have to have them. So here goes.

Prize distribution is the sole responsibility of the sponsor of each giveaway – giveaways are listed here and winners are chosen and their information will be forwarded to the sponsor. This site and the  owners are not liable for prize delivery. We will however do all we can do within reasonable limitations to contact sponsor for prize delivery.
Mandatory Entry must be completed, or all entries are void, and null. Void/Null entries can and will be deleted with or without notice.
Each giveaway has it’s own entry instructions within that post. Additional optional entries, and the main mandatory entry.
When you submit an entry you also agree to these rules, and any terms posted within the post.
All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
You may enter per person.
If you do not follow the rules outlined here or any entry guidelines, or do not complete the winners claim form you can and will be disqualified from winning.
All winners will be notified via email, as well as posted on this public site. Each winner is responsible to claim his or her own prize within the 48 hours or another winner will be chosen.
Failure to accurately complete the winner’s claim form can delay delivery of your prize.
All decisions are made by NetWorkingWitches and all decisions are final.
We are not responsible for incorrect email address’, landing in your spam box, misdirected, lost or any other technical or human errors.
This is a public website.Common sense when placing your entries, and it’s suggested to not use your full name, and mailing address. It’s not asked for entries.
Any due taxes are the responsibility of the winners.
Button images need to be on the sidebar of your blog or site, so that it’ll appear on the main. Not inside of an individual post.
What are your odds of winning? Well that depends on how many enter. Each post has an entry count.
We are based in the United States, all references will be for U.S. only, unless it reads otherwise in the posts.
Winners may be announced publicly on this site. This again is your responsibility to check back for who won.

If your tweets are protected, your entry is automatically disqualified. No exceptions to the rule. In effect as of now.

If it is found that you claim to subscribe and you did not you’ll be disqualified from all giveaways on our site. We’ll have to use the ugly IP ban.

If you optionally choose to subscribe for an entry, you must stay subscribed for at least 30 days from the date of the end of the giveaway. Not doing so can and will result in the above disqualification.
