Our family goes meatless once a week and Gorton’s Fish is the perfect replacement for the whole family. Here is something we eat often:
- 1 package of Gorton’s Skillet Tilapia (Garlic & Herb) into small pieces
- 1 head of lettuce cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 diced tomato
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix all ingredients and pour dressing over or each person can add their own dressing.
Dressing
whisk together
- 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/8 t pepper
