My son and I usually read a book or two a night.  Sometimes a chapter book.  Lately, it’s been repedative.  “Brodie & The Yeti“.  Who are Brodie & The Yeti?  They are books written by Dennis Komick.

The first book “Brodie & The Yeti, The Tale Of Two Little Dogs tells the story of two very lucky dogs finding a great home.  It goes on to tell about Brodie & The Yeti getting to know one another and working through their problems to become loving brothers.

The second book, “Brodie & The Yeti, The Yeti Saves Coco Bunny“.  This book tells the story of The Yeti finding his friend Coco Bunny in trouble and how he persisted until he got help for his friend.

I’m sure there are going to be many other adventures of Brodie & The Yeti.  The books are well written and on a child level.  My 8 year old really enjoyed both stories.  The pictures are beautiful creations too and help keep your childs attention focused on the books.
