From their test kitchen to mine! I’m proud to say I am learning a healthier way to cook, using the George Foreman Hot Zone Griddle. Sear it and cook at the same time, on the same surface.
Many times women are overloaded with kitchen gear and gadgets. Not me, this is my own personal whine that I like kitchen gidgets and gadgets and never get them! Well, I got to review the Hot Zone griddle. Woot! Go me.
What’s so great about this griddle? (did I mention sear and cook at the same time?!)
There is a specialized temperature control probe that uses digital controls (easy to use) and an exclusive 2 minute sear setting for the Hot Zone™ cooking area. You can heat part of the cooking surface of the griddle to 525°, which allows you to sear meats and veggies while you cook the remaining meal on the other area of the surface.
Doesn’t sound good enough yet? Then how about this. The George Tough™ Ceramic Nonstick Coating, makes the cooking surface easier to use and clean.(yup easy to clean!) Keeping away added fat, extra butter and oil, then clean up with a few wipes with a warm soapy cloth.
