I was sent a beautiful necklace from Hip Fusion Designs, and was not disappointed in the least. I chose a front toggle,bar tag necklace in the bronze version. I don’t like being the same as everyone around me. My necklace is a true work of art, and is unique to and for me. I feel as though it’s irreplaceable. It has become a sentimental piece of jewelry that I plan to pass along to my daughter when she’s older. To remind her of her roots, and where she came from. I’m probably overly sentimental, but hey – it’s me!
Having the bronze version, I was afraid of a couple of things, that the bronze wouldn’t coordinate well in the coloring, and that the front toggle would come un-hooked. On both counts I’m overly proud to admit that I was wrong. The bronze version blends nicely with anything, and I have put that toggle through the ringer with bending and lifting that is unimaginable, that I’m sure the jewelry was never meant for!
When Mom falls, I can’t take my time and think about if my necklace or a bracelet will break, I just have to simply act. I have worn my Hip Fusions necklace numerous times when Mom has fallen. And if you have kept up with me over about the last month you know that it’s not been calm and quiet around my home!
The toggle bar used to latch it is so easy to take off or put on, since it is so easy to maneuver I was really worried that it would come undone and I would lose my precious necklace that sports the names of my family on each bar (each bar is customizable with up to 6 letters or numbers) . As I said, the toggle hasn’t failed me once, not even when I have picked Mom up, not on my numerous trips to the hospital, this last two weeks have been rough and I have lacked sleep at night – I have even crashed into the bed fell asleep wearing my toggle necklace. I’m a rough sleeper, and sleep very sound. Nearly impossible to wake up. My necklace has proudly come out in one piece, still attached to my neck!
