A ring, is a ring, is a ring. Right?
Wrong.
I have discovered the ultimate Father’s Day gift that will leave any man that loves to tinker around wanting one. It has left several men in our area doing a double take. My husband and I have discussed this ring several times, and every time we talk about it we agree that we have never seen a ring like this.

A Kinekt Design Gear Ring.
Every gear on this ring uses the gears around it to move. Every tiny gear! It’s actually rather addicting to sit and hold the ring since you can spin it around both directions.
Kinekt’s creator, Glen Liberman was fascinated & inspired by small mechanisms and their complimentary movements. Keeping that interest in mind his concept was envisioned for the Gear Ring.
“A product complex enough to play with, yet simple enough to wear.”
The ring is protected by numerous patents pending (both design and utility), as well as other Intellectual Property rights, both in the USA and Internationally. <— That is cool, to cover BOTH the design and utility patents (pending)!
Kinekt Design LLC, announced the first product launch in February 2010, of the Gear Ring. The gear ring is crafted of the highest grade alloy of jewelry stainless steel ensuring the function and precision of all the components. It embodies the company’s vision of playful yet refined design. Offering a lifetime guarantee.
It took over a year to develop the gear ring, and is the company’s first spinning/rotating piece. The ring is quite suitable for either men or women, and is a reach for all ages. Available in US sizes 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13. Sizes 5 and 6 will be available in about two weeks.

I like that the Gear Ring is fabricated using 316L, which is the highest quality surgical stainless steel in the jewelry market. Stainless steel has properties which make it highly durable and resistant to tarnishing, fading, scratching, and rusting. It will not bend or break and is hypoallergenic for those with metal allergies.
My father would love this.
