Unfortunately Bubby4j I have no clue. Xivio underwent a lot of changes that I am not privy to. It is up to the owners and new management to take care of these issues.
I gave you the above emails to help you get help and then there is always report a user, contact support etc. And please they will need a screen shot and will need to know what browser and version of windows you are using.
There is always twitter @xivioceo, @gavinconrad, @affrayer if that fails I can only say I no longer have the correct information to relay to you.
