Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Fillets

These are great to add to a salad, as a sandwich or wrap, or just alone.  Last night we I added a tad of Olive Oil to the top and sprinkled parmesan cheese on them and baked.  I served them with noodles and broccoli and it was a great meal.

Tyson also has recipes to use the new Tyson Grilled & Ready Whole Chicken Breast Fillets.  This is the next dinner we’re making!

Chicken  Mushroom Blue Cheese Pizza

1 package Tyson® Refrigerated Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast, 6 oz.
1   refrigerated pizza crust, 10 oz.
1 tablespoon  butter
1 medium  onion, sliced and halved
1/2 cup  Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup  ranch-style salad dressing
1/2 cup  red bell pepper, cut into thin 2-inch strips
1 cup  mushrooms, fresh and sliced
3 tablespoons  celery, thinly sliced
4 ounces  blue cheese, crumbled

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash hands. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium. Add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and golden, about 15 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, press pizza crust into 12 x 9-inch rectangle on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 3 to 5 minutes until set but not browned. Remove from oven.

3. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over crust; spread evenly with dressing. Top with onions, red pepper, mushrooms, celery and chicken. Sprinkle evenly with blue cheese. Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated and crust is golden brown.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with tossed spinach salad. Refrigerate leftovers.

Tip: Cut into small slices to serve as appetizer.

I hear ya!  You want to try it huh?
