I’m a tad speechless with Star 50 Handbags.  It’s a great idea as you will see when you watch the video.  I think we have lost glamour in our generation.  I personally am trying to bring some back to me and think like I did when I was younger.   I’m feeling a bag collection fetish coming on!

Mississippi Brunch HandbagI’m very retro as Redneck Witch will whine to you about, so when I received the Mississippi Brunch Bag  I was thrilled.  It has the vintage pocket book snap and its real metal!  The purse is great for a brunch, church, and is perfect for Easter.  I can just see this great purse with a pair of white gloves and dressed up in spring colors.

The founder and designer of Star 50 Handbags thinks of her bags as modern heirlooms, MississippiBrunchBagbecause they trigger a fond memory or impression about a place or time.  I agree with this.  The Mississippi Brunch Bag reminds me of when we were kids and had to dress in or best for Easter Mass.  After we always went to a nice restaurant for brunch.

    I’d like to have the Washington, D.C. Blossom clutch as a reminder of my visit to D.C. during the cherry blossom festival. I still have the photos but carrying the clutch would remind me of the good time I had there and hopefully I can take it with me to my next visit to D.C. during cherry blossom season.
