I actually heard from the school that they can use the box tops from anything to markers and paper for crafts to the computers in the lab!
New books are always a huge help!
Box Tops has helped with school dances and even “popcorn days”, but I just heard last week they are closing our school. Now I will have 4 children in 4 different schools.

The box tops program has helped my children’s schools get new computers.
My kids are grown but I save the box tops for my friends who are teachers, since I found out many times teachers spend their own money to supplement supplies.

We have been able to purchase additional computers for our computer lab with the money.
The Box Tops for Education program generates enough money for my sons’ school that they are able to help subsidize field trips and buy some playground equipment.
They have been used to purchase sports equipment for PE and some band instruments, I believe.

To be honest I only recently got involved in my local schools, and it’s amazing what horrible shape they are in. They were underfunded to begin with and the recession has hit hard. I think the box tops program is a great program and though I don’t know how much exactly they have helped area schools I am glad they are there, because every little bit counts.

Our school uses them not for things like computers and such but for basics such as pencils and notebooks for the kids who live in poverty and can’t afford basic supplies. This way every child can do their assigned school work and homework and no one is left out because they are poor.
