Now CountrySprite, Redneck Witch, Rose or whatever you want to call her on the condition it isn’t foul (then ya gotta deal w/ me) and I recently moved our website from FatCow Webhosting to another that has become reliable. We paid for a year up front with FatCow and the guarantee 99% up time but we would have to disagree.
With all the work we did and have done we weren’t always able to get the information to our sponsors and readers. We take our business seriously and had to take action. FatCow has a money back guarantee but have lacked the responsibility to stand behind that promise.

Sorry FatCow you have earned 4 thumbs down from the witch group. Please readers save yourself heartache and money by doing it right the first time and picking a responsible webhost.
These are my opinions and my opinions alone. I did not receive any money or gifts from Fat Cow. In fact I didn’t receive my paid for service. I am however happy to no longer be a customer and to be receiving excellent service from a competitor company. Please be advised I am a reviewer and attempting to review honestly. Any information received will reflect that.

We won’t get our money back, but I’m seriously considering calling them daily to at least suck their time up to break even.
They blamed down time on US, which at first we weren’t sure of, then we had one of those excellent ah-ha moments, socked it to one of their so called “reps”, and MOOVED on outta’ there.
We have had 100% up time with our new host!
Your’s is the second blog I’ve seen today that has had HUGE problems with FatCow Webhosting. Looks like a big fat, STAY AWAY from them to me. I have had trouble accessing your site over the last 2 weeks; I guess this is why. Better luck with Host Gator.
I’ve been over the moon happy with Hostgator since I switched from Fatcow. I may never see my refund but at least I know who else will be sitting on hold with me while I try to reach a representative.
