And well, we all know that I’m not a vegetarian. (shhh I’m a meat eater) I love Amy’s soups, these are enough to knock your socks off. I take care of my Mother, and she’s diabetic and a heart patient. When I picked up the can of Fire Roasted Southwestern Vegetable, I was pretty shocked to realize that Mom can eat this too. With only 5g of sugar, it’ll be a nice treat for her. All ingredients and nutritional information is available on Amy’s Kitchen website for ease. This is something I seldom see.
