Zola, is of Italian orgin meaning “piece of earth”. Zola is bringing attention to making small changes to share an abundant earth. Zola is committed to offering solutions to environmental challenges and empowering those who want to make a difference. The founder Beth Remmes, thinks of herself as a personal eco-shopper. She wondered why everyone didn’t change their light bulbs, and came to the conclusion either they didn’t hear the message, or they didn’t have the time or know how to act on the information. This causing her to create Zola, to carry the message and provide easy, affordable solutions.
Light Bulb Moment here, literally. When the new energy efficient light bulbs came out we were going through a light bulb a week at least in many areas of our home. One by one we started replacing our regular bulbs, with compact fluorescent bulbs. They took a tad bit of getting used to as they take a few seconds more to get to their maximum brightness but they do save money and they don’t burn out nearly as much as regular bulbs. Zola shop has these bulbs and they turn on instantly, no more waiting. One of these bulbs will save you $71 in it’s life time.

Zola doesn’t just have energy savings and ideas they have fun too. The Head1Liners Board Game is a hilarious party game, where you write the news. Players are given photos and you write a news headline. Absurd headlines are created to leave you laughing.
Are you getting ready to plant or do you want to send flowers that keep living? Try the Zola Flower Growing Wishes or the Herb Growing Wishes. Each of which makes a great gift or a fun activity to do with your kids. I like to do these with my kids because it teaches them about growing and gardening and they see quick results.
