Recently, when we were deciding what to do for the month of February I was approached by the Tooth Fairy! and was reminded it’s not just Valentines Day, it’s also Dental dollar_stickers_pouch-thumbnailHealth Month.  I also have a son who has lost his first two teeth.  He is also my child with the most tooth decay.  While the other two kids have never had a cavity Quinn has.  In fact he has had 2.  toothcity1-thumbnailllll

Cavities are not just harmful they are costly too.  Although we have dental insurance it’s not great insurance and we pay for 1/2 or more of dental work.   Quinn is a good brusher and uses his handy dandy timer.  He also flosses and rather well I might add.  I don’t know why his teeth have had cavities but they are  painful!  Lucky for me he is really good about having his teeth worked on.picture-frame-thumbnail

I came across a company that more the piqued my interest.  Tooth Fairy’s, Tooth City, is a very organized website with fun things for your Tooth Fairy to deliver, or gather ideas.  There are many options and there is even a free printable Buddy Brush Coloring Book.

    I think that the Tooth Fairy Tales© CD with The Cavity Monster© story teaching the kids good dental habits and healthy eating would be great so kids will know how to prevent cavities from forming.
