I don’t drink much any more and I didn’t drink a whole lot when I was younger. I did however receive my fair share of hangovers and this is what it taught me. It is quality rather than quantity and to enjoy the product I choose. I recently was sent Partida Tequila to try. Tequila is normally something I can take or leave, but Partida Tequila I will most certainly take.
Since receiving the Partida Blanco Tequila I have been searching for all kinds of drink recipes. My husband and I have been sipping a wee bit after dinner and sitting and chatting with one another.
Partida Tequila is unique because of its outstanding combination between traditional Tequila making and cutting edge technology. This combination gives each sip of Partida Tequila something special.
We were given the following to try:
- Partida Blanco Tequila with a distinct scent of blue agave. Partida Blanco boasts a soft floral aroma and blended perfectly with hints of citrust, fresh herbs and tropical fruit.
- Partida Reposado Tequila is the richest and smoothest tequila. Reposado aged Tequila has subtle flavors that Tequila drinkers may have not thought possible.
- Partida Anejo Tequila is aged in American oad one-pass Jack Daniels barrels, and reveals an intense flavor that can only come from advanced aging.
Below is a great recipe for Sangrita:
2 oz Tabasco or Cholula Hot Sauce
1 oz Lime Juice
7 oz Orange Juice
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 teaspon salt
2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
1 jalapeno (cut in half with seeds)
Add all the ingredients into a pitcher. Stir until the salt and pepper are dissolved. Let the mix sit for 15-30 minutes with the Jalapeno. When the right heat level is reached. Discard the jalapeno pieces. Keep Refrigerated. Sangrita accompanies Partida Tequila neat.
Remember to Enjoy Responsibility
