Recently I was asked to try Epsom Salt. Epsom Salt when I was a kid was my moms cure all. We used them when we had chicken pox, she put them in tepid water when we had a fever, she soaked us in it when we had fevers, and our feet. My mom hated dirty feet and with 6 sets of little feet running around we all had to soak them before bed.
Epsom Salt with major components of Magnesium & Sulfates can help:
Magnesium:

I make my own laundry detergent and it’s very low sudsing so when I am mixing the ingredients I add Epsom Salt for a bit more bubble action. Honestly the uses are endless.
