Clutter Clearing Choices by Barbara Tako Valentine Giveaway Ends 2/01/10

Clutter Clearing Choices is a great new book that offers entertainment as well as help with clutter clearing, living simply, and organizing in your home.  Much of the information in this book has already been discussed in other books but not with the humor and wit of this book.  Part of clearing clutter is simply fixing your own self.  You cannot fix your life with out fixing the inner you.

I agree with many of the authors tactics and information but probably the best is that when giving gifts give something that the recipient can use.  You know when your given a gift that you can use it makes you happy inside.  I love to receive stuff that I normally wouldn’t buy for myself but that I can use like bath & body items, a hair cut (especially the coveted hair color), or a donation to a worthy cause.  I have given stock certificates for Christmas as well.  It is something that can be sold or hung on to for a future time.

The author Barbara Tako, has been a clutter clearing and home organizing speaker and author since 1998.  Barbara, speaks to women’s organizations, church groups, retreat groups, and employee groups at business wellness seminars.  Wow!  I wish I would have known her before I had had my kids and was in the real world.  Organization has always been my weakness.

Now, this ties in to Bewitched Valentines because many people will receive some freedom  from decluttering.  Especially the freedom of time which really means a lot to members of your family.  The less time cleaning and decluttering the better, and it’s not too late to make that New Years Resolution.
